end of the year testing and interventions on anyone who made not have passed a module exam, to make sure they will get counted in Teds.    performance test given to students given as of now.

we talked about starting skills USA next year,  and about going on field trip to watch this years competition,   Talked about getting John some more business partners so he can funnel some of his seniors, with smaller residential electric co.  also fund raising for skills USA and for uniforms.  talked about torch safety demonstrating do's and dont's  kids should be using torches by Monday or Tuesday. also we are getting ready for our last evaluation by the Victor Kustess for the state, and Our Mentor MCCRARY,  we also talked about next years schedule

Elsler/Spiva/McCrary   talked about what we are making for the home and garden show, discussed kids behavior and field trips, should it all be about grades or does behavior get a say.   also talked about teaching life such as saying please and thank you.   Also we will be having talking about the visit from the state for NTI Victor Gustess for 2 ktip type evaluation.

ELSLER/MCCRARY/SPIVA............talked about preparing for state evaluation Tuesday, with VICTOR GUSTISS,  30 minutes per class.  and getting kids registered in the system for NCCER, and talked about HVAC field trip to the 502 and the local 110 and getting Lennox signed on as partner, making a safety zone for the kids who do not want to participate in lab or sending them to ISAP, and figuring out what to do with the students who do nothing, and have zeros and how to help them get on the right path.

ELSLER/ SPIVA/ McCrary     dicussed the academy meeting, and how to mesh with the other teachers, also dicussed 4th graders from wheeler, and what we are going to present.   also talked about attendance of students, and how to deal with the grading part of it, to many kids are failing because of attendance,not because of their work........ also what to do for the home and garden show.
